I was blessed to have run past this vlog on YouTube in 2015. It was absolutely what God aka Mother Earth, The Universe, what I would also call my "Higher Self " was searching for consciously yet unconsciously. I was going through an extreme tough journey in my marriage at the time and I constantly searched for ways to continue remaining on a high frequency. I was already hip to metaphysics, The Law of Attraction which was introduced to me by an amazing friend of mine and I had just given birth to a beautiful little boy, I mean I was in a deep search for happiness within my back and forth high-low emotional roller-coaster ass union, or was this really a union? A union yet so divided spiritually. My husband on the other hand (at the time) was not even aware of metaphysics, deep spirituality, different religious cultures let alone the idea of meditation, he knew what I practiced and he was curious at times but was just fine with the "normal" traditional good old fashion Christianity. There was such a disconnect in our pairing; although we loved each other we just couldn't STAY connected. Our roots were different, I mean we came from similar ancestors/roots with our African descent dominating of course but there was something missing. So when I found this vlog, well technically to me it was a huge basket of fresh fruit at that time, just astounded by hearing this from another black couple. It was a new reveal to me, new insight. A lot of information they explained in this video however were clarifications of what I was already aware of in the black community. Pure reassurance of my many personal theories that I had came up with throughout the years in my African american studies. You too should consider taking notes :)
